All-Purpose Cleaner

Combine in a spray bottle:

¼ cup white distilled vinegar

½ teaspoon of liquid soap (vegetable-based is best)

¾ cup warm water, shake to blend

 

Tub and Tile Cleaner

2/3 cup of baking soda

½ cup liquid soap (vegetable-based is best)

2 tablespoons vinegar

½ cup of water

Mix soda and soap.  Add water, and then add vinegar.

You can add vinegar each time you use the scrub.

Store in a wide mouth shallow jar with screw lid.

After using, rinse thoroughly to avoid leaving a residue.

 

  Glass Cleaner

Combine in a spray bottle:

1 quart of warm water with

¼ cup of vinegar and

2 tablespoons lemon juice (if you want a lemony scent!)

 

  Spot Remover (for clothes)

Combine in a spray bottle:

¼ cup (2 ounces) of liquid vegetable-oil-based laundry soap

(e.g., 7th Generation)

¼ cup (2 ounces) of glycerin (vegetable-based)

2 cups (16 ounces) of water

Apply to stain as soon as possible.  Wash and rinse in cool water.

 

Vegetable-based glycerin is cheaper when purchased in bulk (e.g.; gallon)
